‘The Magic Order 4’ #1 is one part supernatural horror story and one part bloody revolution as we pick up, swiftly, from events revealed at the end of the last series. A fast-paced set of events suggesting that time is of the essence if this particular revolution is to succeed. But can it? After all, as any magician will tell you, not everything you see is real. A strong start to the latest chapter in the Moonstone family saga.

    Comic Watch

The first issue of volume #4 is a gut punch delivered in a beautiful silk glove that is the art by the creative team that superbly brings Millar's no holds barred script to life. It is wild, filled with magic, shocking betrayals and terrible choices. It's simpy the best adult magic series you'll read right now

    Un Cómic Más

The comic begins with an unbridled narrative rhythm, where every two pages they will witness a shocking and lethal spell, the action has no rest, catastrophes and betrayals that occur in this single installment. Not even Sammy Liu escapes this situation. Dike Ruan brings another new artistic layer with his vision to this great saga, which includes slight influence from the manga but brings a new dynamism and impressive angles, highlighting the theatricality of the spells.

The Magic Order has lost none of its charm as Millar keeps finding new ways to keep the title fresh. Ruan seems like another fantastic artist raising his game to another level in this series. I don’t have any clue how this is going to play out, but I’m content to sit spellbound with this latest volume of The Magic Order.
