Interesting ending loaded with action and expected revelations. Art It achieves a wide range of amazing textures and tones, which provides a great tone of mystery and horror. It includes some intense fight sequences, dizzying chases and very explicit violence. - 65

Secret Invasion #5 ends the arc with a lot of gotchas, exposition dialog, twists, and bait-and-switch maneuvering. The Skrull’s plot is well executed, but the way the heroes save the day is thin on believable details and heavy on convenient contrivances. - 50

Secret Invasion wraps up in a very bland, straightforward manner. Rather than having any surprising twists and turns in the final installment, this series largely just concludes on a note that is meant to show Maria Hill's own personal growth. All in all, Secret Invasion had the potential to be a lot more, especially given the various characters that were involved. Instead, I doubt I'll even remember that this storyline even existed in just a few short years.
