COMICON
‘Iron Cat' continues to showcase how Felicia Hardy is easily the top breakout character of modern Marvel Comics, cementing this character in the A-list tier where she has always belonged. An energetic, gorgeous, powerful, and fun comic book series that channels all the elements of the previous recent ‘Black Cat' stories and has a penchant for reminding one of why comic books are such a fantastic fun medium. - 100

Major Spoilers
Iron Cat #3 is an enjoyable issue that provides complex ideas with levity. I am impressed with the direction Marvel has taken the Black Cat character, and I hope to see more stories featuring her as the primary protagonist. - 80
You Don't Read Comics
The action DOES have its moments. Theres a clever fusion between script and art at the beginning of the issue. Black Cat talks about the Sword of Damocles while partying in a cocktail dress with Tony Stark. High above the party, the distinct form of Iron Cat can be seen menacingly speeding at the yacht. There are enough moments like that throughout the issue to keep it interesting. - 70

Iron Cat #3 takes a left turn when it comes to the main antagonist of this series. While the primary conflict has been a personal one between Black Cat and Tamara, this installment instead pushes a new foe to the front that has completely different motivations. And while it remains to be seen if this shift in main antagonists works out well, if nothing else, Iron Cat #3 is fun purely due to how much action is featured. - 70
Razorfine
The battle between Black Cat and Tamara Blake continues as each counters the other's latest move while neither is able to make the knockout blow.
