    Un Cómic Más

Dizzying closure of the first plot arc that remains open to discover the whereabouts of Hannah’s father.

Art is very detailed, capturing facial expressions with a certain degree of hyperrealism, very reminiscent of the aesthetics of comics like Heavy Metal.

The Story: Birks hits the reader with an emotional gut punch in this issue while also ramping up both the tension and suspense. The story continues to take some creative and inventive twists and turns while also adding great moments of humor and action throughout the issue. I love the rising action within the story and how it culminates into a reveal I wasn’t expecting while also setting up a cliffhanger that has me excited to come back and discover.

The Art: Roberts delivers visually on all the action and suspense in the issue. The art is lively and filled with gorgeous details.
